My temps are down in the 97s.
I am unhappy about this.
Possible reasons?
Not enough sleep.
Not enough calories.
Not a good enough balance of protein, carbs, and fat.
Broken thermometer.
What's different in my life?
Exercise.
I break a sweat 3 times a week in physical therapy.
I kinda like breaking a sweat 3 times a week in physical therapy.
I also like that my clothes are loose.
I like feeling stronger.
Another difference is that I'm getting my nutrition from shakes:
raw milk, raw egg, pureed fruit, sugar, salt, cocoa.
This should be helping me keep my temps up!
It's hard getting enough food in when everything makes me sick (dumping syndrome).
Overall I feel good, stronger, like I'm making progress.
But I want those feelings to last this time.
I must get with my program and heal my metabolism.
Today was a physical therapy day.
That means tonight is a bath night.
Hot Epsom salt baths are metabolism boosting.
I am with program!

Yes, it's true. Josh Rubin knows more about my cycle than I do.
I don't want an early menopause just in case God wants to put a baby in me.
Or is that the stork that make babies?
Either way, I'd like the option of using my eggs just in case.
I'll protect my cycle by taking his advice.
Salt and sugar within context.
Avoid unsaturated fats (PUFAs) and that includes Cod Liver oil, sorry WAPFers.
Broth, gelatin, eggs, check!
