"Nature cannot or will not provide us
with anything which is not useful.
It is against the basic principle of nature
to hand us over anything
which we cannot put to some good use.
The catch is that these emotions
like everything else
should be used in moderation
and for the specific purpose
for which they were meant.
Only when they are over used
or used outside their designated purpose
that they become negative...

...Lets us take the case of anger.
It plays a very important role in our lives.
It saves us
from other people’s wrong doing.
It motivates us
to take correctional action
thereby saving us
a lot of pain in future."

Tonight I did an anointing (hands on healing with oils) for a woman who is dealing with a difficult co-worker. Someone had given her the advice that she shouldn't get angry.
What ridiculous advice.
It is much more useful to be authentic.
Feeling our feelings so they can move
along like clouds in the sky
is more productive.
I'm learning that there are no negative emotions.
Every emotion has something to teach us.
Every emotion has it's function.
Emotions become problems when we become addicted to them.
We can even form an unhealthy addiction to the so-called positive emotions.
We want to learn the lessons and move on, always changing, always in flux, always cycling.
Life is like that.
It cycles.
The only thing that stays the same is the fact that everything changes.
