What can I do......and what I CAN do!

First it was the sprained ankle which totally changed my workouts, then it was the operation on my hand which also affected my workouts and actually my eating as well because some things were easier to make and to eat with one hand.

This week it was the infected sinus' and bronchitis that have put a damper in not only my workouts but my sleep and my eating as well!!! I'm coughing so much that I get really dizzy and need to sit/lay down :(  I haven't had a good night's sleep for about 2 weeks.

I just get back on track and something happens to side line me again and again. I know what I need to do but I'm letting things beyond my control knock me off track.

For instance today I've been wearing my pj's all day!  Coughing so much I get dizzy and my ab's feel like I've been doing Jillians dvd over and over again. I've drank lots of water and tea but as far as eating goes I've eaten very little, but what I have eaten has definitely been comfort foods. Toast with butter, cereal and milk etc.

You know me I love to plan things out! So hopefully I'll be semi back to normal soon and I will be able to plan my workouts and my eating for the next week and be able to stick to it!! Life has just made it a little more difficult than normal lately to do what I know I need to do.

Enough whining. Back to normal programming as soon as possible!
